Hi Philip, You are an inspiration.
Re: Juice Feasting - Aug 11/08 video You Tube
Perhaps you felt tired and pimply because the solid foods you are eating contain latex. Lettuce in spanish is Lechuga and Leche is milk, so lettuce contains latex milk. Latex is highly allergenic and lettuce juice consequently is used to put babies to sleep. Latex is found in high quantities in avocados, chestnuts, kiwi, lettuces, bananas, tomatoes, etc. etc. Latex in fruit/vegetables/bandaids gave me hives, loss of energy, finger fungus, arthritis, restless leg and rhinitis and infections.
Any kind of salt can do the same thing with your energy.
Great info!
Saludes!

I showed my co-worker your blog today and she said thought you were cute. And I hadn't even shown her your after photos yet!! You know best that who we are is not our flesh suits. ;)
Shalom, Philip!
I am a raw foods educator, chef, and speaker from the Land of Israel. I've read your website and referred clients to it, as I believe that it's a wonderful support for them.
Just yesterday, I gave a class to an 18 and 20 year old (brother and sister) who are working with their mom and trying to transition themselves to a raw foods lifestyle. It was just a joy to observe their enthusiasm.
Tomorrow, I am embarking on a tour of France and Spain and will investigate some of the raw opportunities there.
Again, thank you for your raw work and keep doing what you're doing.

Hey Philip I heard your story on Revellations podcast from a link of RFT. I am so happy that you have transformed your life for the better. It sounds like we have may have started eating raw around the same time period. I started in September 2006 and lost 100 pounds from my heaviest weight. You can check out some of my pictures on https://home.comcast.net/~morn/mornsum.html. My husband took pictures of me almost monthly of my journey. I could so identify with so much of what you were saying. I wish you so much happiness in your new life and success in getting the word out there about raw. All the best to YOU! Morn

Thank you my Love, thank you for your shining in all hearts on this planet!
hi there thank you for nice blogs and I am sure it will help a lot of people, greetings one love nicole
Very nice site! Thanks!
Philip, thank you for your post about your sister. I started crying because I could have written that post about my father.
I am trying to be an example to my siblings, but have been met with much hostility. My sister went so far as to say "If you're going to insist on eating THAT way, I'm never having you over for dinner again." And that wasn't about raw food, that was about veganism.
Thank you for giving me a little extra strength to go on and not give up on people.
Allie
I'm starting my new lifestyle now. Thanks for the inspiration. Need to loose 130 lbs.Raw foods sounds right for me.
Thanks!
I am so sorry to hear about your sister. My god be with you and your family.
Hello. Let's get acquainted!
My name is Jessika.

Phil,
ive just finished crying. but im not entirely sure what about....
Maybe its the feeling of reuniting. Although many read this website, and im sure its love is spread throughout its members, i can hear your words as clearly in my head as if you had just finished telling me that you dont have enough time for basketball this afternoon, and sped off in the "black knight"
Maybe its the loss of your sister. I never new her, but im sure i would have loved her as much as i did you.
Maybe its your after picture. Phil! Oh. My. God. I may not believe in a higher power, but i do believe in a spirit. I know where some of these older pictures were taken, and the light that i see in your eyes at 200 pounds is so full of spirit, i doubt any diety could contain the love you pledge him.
Maybe im crying because thats what i chose to do. I choose to honor your choice and life by sitting awestruck, letting go of my own control and letting the emotion i feel in the moment rule my life. For as i sit here, god damn it Phil. God damn it. Amazing.
For those others that read this aside from Phil. Know this. This man is genuine to the core. There is no bitterness in his soul, no bite to his words.
A role model for as long as i can remember. Those basketball games with you, dad, and Lou will forever be ingrained as some of the best moments in my life.
You have my absolute respect and ecstatic support.
With love,
P.J.
